Tuesday: Just an easy 3 miles, feeling better than Monday
Wednesday: Just 2 miles to keep the “streak” going
Thursday: Still in recovery mode - easy 3 miles
Friday: Easy 2.5 miles
Saturday: Easy jog around Cox High School (about 3.5 miles)
Sunday: Steady 6.75 miles

World boxing champion Joe Calzaghe will lead the Wales team out at the Millennium Stadium for the RBS 6 Nations Championship clash with Italy today.

Running Streak = 100 days

Ok, so I’m not in the same league as these guys, but I am quite proud of my 100 day running streak. November 29th, 2005 was the last day I didn’t run, and even though I’ve had to add several little 2 milers to my routine, it’s been fairly easy to maintain “the streak”.
