Wednesday: Runervals 10k Strength Builder (7.5 miles - 5mph BP, 7.2mph, 7.3mph, 7.4mph, 7.5mph, 7.6mph progressive “10k speed”)
Thursday: Just 2 miles to keep the “streak” going
Friday: 16 miles at First Landing (first 8 miles @ 6:50/mile pace, second 8 miles more comfortable but still averaged 7:01/mile for 16).
