Good workout today. Actually had some luck with a tailwind for the final 100m on each repeat, compared to the SE headwind on May 31st. I tried to run each 200m a little faster than the previous one and it seemed to work well - I was able to finish up with a 34.8.

Thursday night track workout

Tonight’s track workout was a repeat of last Saturday’s “simple” ladder: 200m/400m/600m/800m with 200m/300m/400m jog recovery between the fast repeats.
