Where did my Technorati Favorites go?
Before I left for vacation at the end of June, I was having problems with the Technorati Favorites feature of their web site.
When I tried to add a new favorite, a page came up that said I didn’t have any favorites. However, my profile page told a different story (see image on left).
I posted to their forums and contacted their support team but didn’t hear anything for several days. Today I checked my forum message and noted the following response.
“I’m afraid that there is currently a time out that is occuring for accounts that have a very large number of favorites. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience. You should be still be able to access your tagged favorites. We are working on resolving this issue.”
It’s not a huge deal that I can’t access my favorites. After all, I can still add sites and blogs as a favorite and people can add me as their favorite too, but it would be nice for the problem to be fixed and for all my favorites to display. Fingers crossed they can sort it pretty soon….

wow.. that’s quite a lot of favorites Steve! Way to go… I can see why you would be concerned about losing them. Hopefully they will resolve that very soon. Overachiever

i had the same issue for a few days and then it seemed to fix itself…hope you get it resolved soon!
