WidgetBucks: A New Widget To Earn A Few Bucks
WidgetBucks features pay-per-click shopping widgets that help bloggers make money fast. They instantly display the most popular products based on buying trends of 100 million shoppers. The widgets see $3-$6 CPM — pretty good compared to traditional ad networks that deliver less than $2 CPM.
You earn money each time someone clicks on a WidgetBucks ad widget on your site, also called pay-per-click, or PPC. You can also earn money by referring people to WidgetBucks.
The widget is very customizable, you can choose what category of products you want to feature and easily copy the code to your blog layout. There’s a $50 payment threshold, but to help you get there, WidgetBucks credits your account with $25 for free when you sign-up, so you only have to generate $25 in clicks to make your first $50 with this program.
The referral program is pretty good too. When you refer a new WidgetBucks user, you will receive a 10 percent referral fee based on the commissions earned by the people you refer. You?ll receive this 10 percent for the full 12 months after the new member joins. Your referral fees will be credited to your account and paid monthly, along with your commission payout. So, if you refer someone, and they make $100 in commissions, we pay you $10; if they make $1,000, we pay you $100. This continues for a whole year on all the commissions they earn.
The widget displayed above crawls my blog page and finds relevant products to include in the widget. You can also choose a category of products if you’d prefer (e.g. Camera and Photo | Digital Cameras).
Seems like a good opportunity to earn a few extra dollars from my blog space. Feel free to sign up under me if you’re interested in displaying WidgetBucks on your own site.
