Race Registration is officially closed for the Rock’n’Roll Half Marathon in Virginia Beach. According to the web site, the 20,000 runner limit has been reached and no more entries are being accepted.

Good workout today. Actually had some luck with a tailwind for the final 100m on each repeat, compared to the SE headwind on May 31st. I tried to run each 200m a little faster than the previous one and it seemed to work well - I was able to finish up with a 34.8.
