A Week In Wales
Well, it’s been over a week since my last post. Just wanted to say thanks to all for their good wishes, comments and emails. As you can imagine I haven’t had much time for blogging since I arrived in Wales last Saturday. The flights from Norfolk to Boston and Boston to Heathrow, London were enjoyable but quite uneventful - no major delays or problems.
I ran a 10k race in Llanelli last Sunday as planned and finished 29th overall in my best time of the year so far. It was great to run a race in Wales again and even better to race in cooler conditions than Virginia Beach, VA!
It’s been a hectic but relaxing week in many ways. Trips to Hay-on-Wye, Penarth, St.Fagans and Cardiff Bay have all been enjoyable. The food and drink has also been great and the weather, although unpredictable, has been very cooperative.
I’ll try and post more when I have a spare few minutes, but for now I’m too busy having fun with my family in my hometown….
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Steve! I am so happy to see a new post from you on my reader. I have missed your warmth and expansiveness.
I am so glad you are enjoying your native country. I can not wait until one day I can visit mine again. Last time I was in Korea was when I was 13.
But have a safe trip back dear and can’t wait to hear about your trip!
