100 Push Ups For Breakfast Weeks 5 And 6
Judging by the emails I keep receiving, it looks like the original “100 Push Ups For Breakfast” web site has dropped off the internet for good. Most of the requests in my mailbox are from people who have started the plan but can’t find any information about the last two weeks of the program - weeks five and six. Well, after a bit of online searching, I managed to find a cached copy of the plan which you can download by clicking on the following links:
Or, you can view the complete six week program at the all-new www.hundredpushups.com web site.
Good luck!

At least you are trining the right way for strength. Most people go straight to the gym but it’s best that you can handle your own body weight before doing this.

Excellent Phil! Have you changed any eating habits as well as stepping up your fitness regime?
I’m always curious to hear what works for different people…

Great Phil, from now on I am going to go your way thanks for puttingthis up.
Just wanted to share a health tip to control your weight loss learned from somewhere. How about if you combine your food and various types of drinks like smoothies or cocktails with a 7 fruit juice antioxidant punch, it would help since high antioxidant levels boost the immune system, give boundless energy and endurance levels and also helps prevent premature ageing and cancer and you can get all this from this drink called purple. If you want more information to check whether what I am saying is right you can get it at http://www.drinkpurple.com , You can get it at GNC and drug stores. Please let me know if you tried it and liked it or not. It is sugar-free except sugar from fruit juices which is necessary right?
