Dex: hope the injury is healing nicely and you'll soon be back where you belong. you made a wise decision to back off after 400m at the track. like you say, you could easily end up undoing all the healing that's already taken place. hang in there...

		<description>Well done Steve, sounds tough but the program seems to be working. I still can't assume a pushup position properly due to my recovering groin strain. But as soon as I can I'll be  starting the program from scratch again to follow it through.
