Get Paid For Blogging With Smorty
Smorty is a relatively new service connecting advertisers with bloggers that I’ve seen featured on several blogs over the past couple of weeks. Always on the look out for new ways to help fund cymru66.com, I decided to check out Smorty and see what it had to offer.
Advertisers pay bloggers to write opinion posts with links back to the advertisers site. It’s a great way to get paid for blogging by writing unique articles about specific services or web sites. Blog advertising is a powerful way to create product awareness or introduce something new to the market.
For regular bloggers like myself, it’s a nice bonus to get paid for doing something I already enjoy - blogging. Once you’ve logged in to the Smorty web site, available opportunities are posted on your personal home page. Simply accept the opportunity you’d like to write about and you then have 3 days to complete a 150 word blog post about the chosen service or web site.
All 3 of my new opportunities had a minimum payout of $6 per approved post, which Smorty will pay on a weekly basis via PayPal. According to their web site, bloggers are not obligated to endorse the advertiser’s website products or services which is a great feature in my opinion.

I like using Smorty but I haven’t gotten that many offers. It could be because my blog is kinda new. I know that they want it to be at least three months old but in reality, they like them to be six months old.
