KMA OPEC License Plate
Gary Cooper, a Hampton, Virginia truck driver, is probably the owner of the most apt personalized license plate on the roads today.
Cooper said the new plate on his Mini Cooper reads “KMA OPEC,” which is an invitation for the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries to kiss his posterior.
I have been thinking about doing something to protest gas prices and I just decided to do it. I got fed up.
Cooper said the positive responses he’s received have been overwhelming:
People are honking the horn, laughing, and throwing thumbs up … I love it.”
