New Guinness World Record Attempt: Most MINIs/Minis in a Parade
Remember last year’s Guinness World Record for the most MINIs/Minis in a parade? Well SevenCitiesMini have organized the second annual record attempt to be held July 26th, 2008.
The location has changed, but the aim is the same; get as many MINIs/Minis lined up as possible and cover a pre-determined route without the convoy breaking up.
Last year I was part of the Guinness World Record 273 cars - this year we’re apparently going for 500!! If I can make it, it should be a fun day out.
This year’s event will offer a whole day of MINI Cooper activities including an appearance by the Oscar Mayer WienerMobile, live rock and roll bands, car show, car clinics and plenty of activities for the kids.
Most importantly, all proceeds go to the Naval Special Warfare Foundation and the UDT - Seal Association for a scholarship fund to be used by the children of fallen Navy Seal’s.

Holding thumbs that you take part in this event, especially since to took part in the last one. Sounds like a lot of fun, pity I am all the way in South Africa keep us updated !!!!!!
