It’s Friday, which means fitPod.com have another PodRunner workout mix available for download. Here’s how DJ SteveBoy describes the new 180bpm mix called Epinephrine:
“Oh, it all starts innocently enough. Mellow music, gosh it’s nice out today. Forty minutes later you’re going, Where’s my Red Bull! Why are my shoes melting? What if this mix NEVER ENDS? If it makes you feel better, I lost 8 pounds mixing the thing.”
