		<description>Hey Dex,

I'll keep making posts about the workouts from the book. I must admit the higher mileage plans have never worked for me. I've looked at and tried the 70 and 80 mile per week plans (a lot of my running friends tell me I'll only run a great marathon on high mileage), but I always start hurting when I'm in the mid 60's. I don't think I've ever hit 70+ miles in a week....

The Marine Corps Marathon is October 28th and I'm looking to start training 16 weeks before that. A comparison sounds like a good project!

Take it easy with that groin strain...

		<description>Steve,

I'm going to be really interested in your view of this book. I need to get hold of a copy myself. I am about to commit myself to the Pfitzinger, 18 week, 70 mile per week program which I need to start by 23rd July. Injury and subsequent fitness permitting of course. It would be good to do a comparison of both.
