FIRST Marathon Training Program: Week 1
Week 1 - July 9th, 2007
Key Run Workout #1:
10-20 minute warm up
3 x 1600m (1 min. Recovery Interval)
10 minute cool down
Key Run Workout #2:
6 mile run:-
2 miles easy
2 miles @ ST (Short Tempo)
2 miles easy
Key Run Workout #3:
Distance:- 13 miles
Pace: PMP (Planned Marathon Pace) + (30 sec/mile)
