FIRST Marathon Training Program: Week 2
Week 2 - July 16th, 2007
Key Run Workout #1:
1 mile warm up
4 x 800m (2 min. Recovery Interval)
10 minute cool down
Key Run Workout #2:
7 mile run:-
1 mile easy
5 miles @ PMP (Planned Marathon Pace)
1 mile easy
Key Run Workout #3:
Distance:- 15 miles
Pace: PMP (Planned Marathon Pace) + (45 sec/mile)
