FIRST Marathon Training Program: Week 3

Week 3 - July 23rd, 2007

Key Run Workout #1:
10-20 minute warm up
1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200 (all with 200m Recovery Interval)
10 minute cool down

Key Run Workout #2:
7 mile run:-
1 mile easy
5 miles @ LT (Long Tempo Pace)
1 mile easy

Key Run Workout #3:
Distance:- 17 miles
Pace: PMP (Planned Marathon Pace) + (45 sec/mile)
