Foot injury update - I’m back with an easy 4 mile run

Well it may not seem like a big deal to the hard-core runners out there, but tonight I ran an easy 4 miles. It’s the first time I’ve been able to run in 2 weeks, and I’m pleased to report there was no pain in my right foot whatsoever. Hopefully this will be the start of a new training period for me and I’ll soon be able to start planning my summer racing season.
