Race Day BoostToday begins my 4 day Race Day Boost loading cycle before Sunday’s Marine Corps Marathon. Loading consists of taking 1 teaspoon Race Day Boost in 6-8 ounces of carbohydrate beverage (sports drink, fruit juice) four times a day, for a total of 16 doses in the four days leading up to the event. If the race is on Sunday, begin loading doses on Wednesday. DO NOT take the day of the race!
