INXS set to rock Virginia Beach for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon

Well the news hasn’t reached the main page of the Rock’n'Roll Half Marathon web site, but it’s official -
INXS are set to rock the oceanfront in Virginia Beach for the post-race concert on Sunday, September 2, 2007!
The good news is all registered runners (that’s me!) get free entry into the headline concert and all American Music Festival concerts during Labor Day Weekend - all you have to do is present your race number at the entrance.
Even if you’re not running the race, tickets are also available to the general public for $25 up until August 24th.
The American Music Festival lasts for three days, spans the Virginia Beach Oceanfront from 5th Street to 31st Street, and provides a full soundtrack spectrum for every age and preference. Sunday’s big concert is a celebration of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half-Marathon, which attracts 20,000 runners and walkers from around the world. It’s a perfect chance to celebrate Labor Day weekend and is always a huge success. Get your tickets before it’s too late! It’s a great way to end your summer…
