Push Ups: The Quest for Strength Week 2

Here it is, the moment you’ve all been waiting for - Week 2 of the Push Ups Quest for Strength plan. After successfully completing Week 1 last Friday, I was able to take the weekend off before resuming the plan this evening. I’m still on the third column and I was actually quite surprised to find the workout slightly easier than the end of last week. All I had to do was 12 push ups, followed by another 12, than 9, then 7 and then as many as possible, each with 60 seconds rest in between.

Not much else to say really. The next workout is on Wednesday which I must admit looks a little more challenging. Here’s what column 1, 2 and 3 look like in case you’re following along. If you are, the first week of workouts can be found here.
