Race Day Boost - the loading begins…
Long time readers of this “blog” will probably already know I’m a huge fan of the E-Caps.com range of endurance supplements. The pre-race loading consists of the following:
(a) 1 teaspoon Race Day Boost in 6-8 ounces of carbohydrate beverage (sports drink, fruit juice) four times a day (total of 16 doses in the four days leading up to the event. If race is on Sunday, begin loading doses on Wednesday.
(b) Do not take Race Day Boost the day of the event.
