Rock’n'Roll Half Marathon has reached its 20,000 runner limit

Race Registration is officially closed for the Rock’n'Roll Half Marathon in Virginia Beach. According to the web site, the 20,000 runner limit has been reached and no more entries are being accepted.

You can take a cool 8.5 minute virtual tour of the course courtesy of www.raceroute.com if you want to get a sneak preview of where you’ll be running.

There’s also tons of detailed course information on the MotionBased.com web site, including time, distance, speed, and elevation. You can even download the Rock’n'Roll Half Marathon Course to a Garmin Forerunner 205/305 for course points and pacing.

Hey Steve: Just checking in. Wanted to see if you’ve ever run the Big Sur Marathon…Monterey, CA? What a lovely view and so distracting for the 26.2 miles. Plus, talk about awesome medals!! WOW, I was so impressed!

Looks like you and your wife are the real running fools! LOL I thought my friend and I were. I’m gonna be thankful to run the Marine Corps Marathon in a decent time this October…will most likely be my last.

      Enjoyed your blog….

      Happy trails, Donna
