Running Review: January 23rd-29th
- Monday: Easy 4 miles on the treadmill.
- Tuesday: “Cheetah Fast” treadmill workout (~6.5 miles/base pace 3.3mph).
- Wednesday: Progressive 4.5 miles on the treadmill.
- Thursday: Progressive 5 miles on the treadmill.
- Friday: Steady 6.5 miles (with 2 test miles at LHS track).
- Saturday: 2.5 mile warmup
Tune-Up Series 25k (1:40:28 PR!)
1.5 mile cooldown - Sunday: Steady 9.2 miles, taking in the Sportsplex XC course
- 55.2 miles for the week
