Running Review: March 13th-19th

  • Monday: Steady 3 miles, faster every 4 minutes
  • Tuesday: Just an easy 2 miles with several accelerations
  • Wednesday: Just 2 miles to keep the “streak” going
  • Thursday: Steady 4 miles with several accelerations
  • Friday: Easy 2.5 miles
  • Saturday: 2 mile jog
  • Sunday: Shamrock Marathon: 26.2 miles 2:55:36 - new PR!
  • 41.7 miles for the week


Summary:Felt kind of lazy throughout the week. Didn’t put in any decent mileage and just wanted to get ready for the marathon effort on Sunday.
I’ve written a more detailed review of the Shamrock Marathon, but here are my race splits:
