Running Review: March 20th-26th

  • Monday: Easy 2 miles, legs sore from marathon, especially quads
  • Tuesday: Just an easy 3 miles, feeling better than Monday
  • Wednesday: Just 2 miles to keep the “streak” going
  • Thursday: Still in recovery mode - easy 3 miles
  • Friday: Easy 2.5 miles
  • Saturday: Easy jog around Cox High School (about 3.5 miles)
  • Sunday: Steady 6.75 miles
  • 22.8 miles for the week


Summary: post-marathon week, didn’t do anything more than easy running. nice not to have any pressure and be purely in recovery mode. legs recovered very well, tempted to race a 5k on Saturday but thought better of it.
