Congratulations on your 37:30 at Llanelli last weekend - and sorry I couldn’t be there to see it. At Les Croups we were hoping you were going to come for a run with us last night at 7.00 PM and perhaps a drink after. Members are curious after all the publicity we’ve given you - you are a star here! We were going to give you the big build up and do a live interview! I was going to pretend to be David Letterman! Or, more worryingly, Jerry Springer!
Don’t be put off! Just hope you can join us for a run next Thursday at 7.00.
We are also likely to have a small group doing speedwork in Heath Park on Tuesday around 6.30 (by the model railway). Try and be there around 6.20.
Hope you get a chance to see us, I’m sure you already have a busy agenda while you’re here. Mick
