American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women
Tomorrow, February 3rd, is National Wear Red Day which coincides nicely with the latest web project I’ve been involved in at work (my real, daytime job that is).
The American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women is a nationwide movement aiming to wipe out heart disease. In each of the last couple of years they’ve set up an online store to sell various products to promote the cause. Net profits from the sale of these products support the Go Red For Women movement.
Products include, but are not limited to, shirts, caps, bracelets, necklaces, scarves, ties, wristbands, balloons and stationery. There are also links to products offered by Go Red Sponsors such as Macy’s and Pfizers.
Check out the site if you get a chance and don’t forget to wear red tomorrow. You may even be able to find a local event you can attend.
