MINI Cooper WordPress Theme
Just found a link to a MINI Copper WordPress Theme. Naturally I was curious to see what it looked like, so I clicked the link to the Theme Viewer web site.
Not sure if it’s a joke or a trick, but the theme is listed as being posted on January 1st, 1970. The author is listed as TyreMonkey and the support contact is http://www.tyremonkey.co.uk - a UK tyre company (that’s tire company if you’re in the USA). For what it’s worth, the “test run” link didn’t work either. Maybe the sites are just down or having problems, but something seems a bit fishy. I don’t like the look of the theme anyway, so I won’t lose any sleep over it tonight.
Check it out if you get a chance and let me know what you think, and if there’s anyone at TyreMonkey who knows what’s going on, please feel free to leave a comment.

Weird… great post though. I’ve always adored mini coopers. Something about the name TyreMonkey just makes me laugh. Isn’t there a phone company that has Money in it? On the British office (the series) they always joke about “MUUUUNKEY!” you made me think of that.
Well, back to work I suppose. Thanks for the laugh.

So I checked out this mini theme page, it worked…but as you said, a little unimpressive. Part of the car is the same colour as the background of the banner and looks rather awkward. And they definitly need to fix the date, lol.
